വക്ലാവ് ഹവേൽ (ചെക്ക് : [ˈvaːt͡slaf ˈɦavɛl] ( listen)) (5 ഒക്ടോബർ 1936 – 18 ഡിസംബർ 2011) ചെക്കോസ്ലോവാക്യയുടെ അവസാനത്തെയും ചെക്ക് റിപ്പബ്ലിക്കിന്റെ ആദ്യത്തെയും പ്രസിഡന്റായിരുന്നു വക്ലാവ് ഹവേൽ.
